SWITCH TO COLD PRESSED SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

“Drink water, plenty of it!” they said. Winter months are the hardest for me to do this. I am however more conscious about keeping a water bottle with me at all times. Eating fruits and vegetables with a high water content also helps give your skin that glow. If that doesn’t work for you, make the water more fun by adding some lemon and little sugar in it.
