Mommy-and Me Outfits: Striped Two-Piece Romper | Toddler Cold-Shoulder Romper
Accessories: Tassel Earrings | Sunglasses | Ankle-tie Sandal | Toddler Pink Adidas
Spring Break is finally here! Warmer weather calls for rompers, jumpsuits, and shorts! If I could live by the beach and wear shorts every day I would! This weekend we took a spontaneous trip to Kemah Boardwalk for a fun-filled time with the kids. While packing for our trip, I shopped my closet and found this Striped Two-Piece Romper from this summer, unworn! I know!!! Call me crazy for that. I had originally bought it for our vacation to Cabo and ended up in a bikini most of the time, so I didn’t wear it. I am now obsessed with its comfy and effortless look, that’s so Summer ready!
This romper is too cute for words! It is actually a bow-tie cami top paired with high-waisted pleated shorts! I’m more of a floral print or solids kinda girl, but I am digging these vertical stripes! It fit very flattering and outlined the waist with the bow on the back and it’s criss-cross detail. It’s from my favorite online shop, and they still have this exact style available in all sizes. It is #OOTD’s like these and matching with my mini, that bring me joy! I’m so glad, we, romper included, survived the hot and humid day!
Brynn is wearing this Toddler Cold Shoulder Romper that I thought was perfect for her! She showed off her cute style in a cinched waist, faux-front pockets, and above-the-knee shorts that gave her plenty of room to run freely. My favorite detail on this baby romper was the off-the-shoulder design with straps, for a sure and comfy fit. The straps stayed in place the whole day on this Little Wild Flower!
Okay, so I have a side parenting note, especially for Mamas with cameras: You know what’s funny? Brynn is so used to taking pictures, she will now ask me, “Mami, cheese? Con Bryce y con Mami!” Meaning, let’s take a picture! She loves to pose for the camera! It’s like I have her trained or something? She’s so funny at 20 months. Tremenda and flirty little thing that knows just how to get her way! Not sure who she gets that from?
What’s hard now is putting her down for a picture because she’s at that toddler stage, where RUNNING from your Mom is cool! (NOT!!!) I had to chase her numerous times at the boardwalk, and forget about pictures. That really only happened the first 15 minutes we got there. Oh and on her first carousel ride! Here’s a few we took!
Brynnie at her finest! Eating a cookie, while running away from me, not letting go of her paci,
and swinging the No-Entry train sign back and forth. :/
Yep! That’s my Mini!
Thanks for reading about the silliest things I blog about!
Rompers, shorts, and #OOTD’s, are it for today! Stay tuned for more on our Kemah kid adventures!
